Majlis Ansarullah UK held an Office Bearers Refresher Course for Zu‘amā’ Majalis and Regional Nazimeen A‘ala, attended by over 160 participants.

The course aimed to strengthen understanding of responsibilities, improve coordination, and enhance the effectiveness of Majlis work at local and regional levels.

The Refresher Course programme included Tilawat and translation, Amila introductions, structured workshops, system briefings, and an open Q&A session.

Each session was designed to support office bearers in fulfilling their entrusted responsibilities with clarity and discipline.
Interactive group workshops allowed Zu‘amā’ Majalis and Regional Nazimeen A‘ala to discuss practical challenges faced in Majlis administration, communication, and member engagement.

Group Coordinators facilitated discussion to ensure balanced participation and solution-focused outcomes.

The Refresher Course highlighted common challenges faced at Majlis level and explored ways to strengthen communication, planning, and follow-through across Majalis and regions.

Participants shared experiences and identified steps to improve collective working and support within the Majlis system.
