Romans 8:35-39King James Version (KJV)

35 Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword?

36 As it is written, For thy sake we are killed all the day long; we are accounted as sheep for the slaughter.

37 Nay, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him that loved us.

38 For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come,

39 Nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.

2 Corinthians 1:3-5Amplified Bible (AMP)

3 Blessed [gratefully praised and adored] be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of mercies and the God of all comfort, 4 who comforts and encourages us in every trouble so that we will be able to comfort and encourage those who are in any kind of trouble, with the comfort with which we ourselves are comforted by God. 5 For just as Christ’s sufferings are ours in abundance [as they overflow to His followers], so also our comfort [our reassurance, our encouragement, our consolation] is abundant through Christ [it is truly more than enough to endure what we must].

2cor.1:3-5
3Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of compassion and the God of all comfort, 4who comforts us in all our troubles, so that we can comfort those in any trouble with the comfort we ourselves have received from God. 5For just as the sufferings of Christ overflow to us, so also through Christ our comfort overflows.

May God of all comfort be with you now and always.

“And he opened his mouth, and taught them, saying, Blessed are the poor in spirit: for theirs is the kingdom of heaven. Blessed are they that mourn: for they shall be comforted. Blessed are the meek: for they shall inherit the earth. Blessed are they which do hunger and thirst after righteousness: for they shall be filled. Blessed are the merciful: for they shall obtain mercy. Blessed are the pure in heart: for they shall see God. Blessed are the peacemakers: for they shall be called the children of God.” Matthew 5:2-9 KJV

Zechariah 4:7

Job 20:4-5: GOD’S WORD Translation (GW)

A Wicked Person’s Joy Is Short, His Pain Long

4 “Don’t you know that from ancient times, from the time humans were placed on earth, 5 the triumph of the wicked is short-lived, and the joy of the godless person lasts only a moment?

15 He vomits up the riches that he swallowed. God forces them out of his stomach.

In the name of Jesus Christ, every riches stolen in our beloved life and destiny shall be vomited. God will force them out of all the thieves stomach in Jesus name - amen.

God thinks of you!

Is your mind stayed on God or is it starved? Starvation of the mind, caused by neglect, is one of the chief sources of exhaustion and weakness in a servant’s life. If you have never used your mind to place yourself before God, begin to do it now. There is no reason to wait for God to come to you. You must turn your thoughts and your eyes away from the face of idols and look to Him and be saved (see Isaiah 45:22).

Your mind is the greatest gift God has given you and it ought to be devoted entirely to Him. You should seek to be “bringing every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ…” (2 Corinthians 10:5). This will be one of the greatest assets of your faith when a time of trial comes, because then your faith and the Spirit of God will work together. When you have thoughts and ideas that are worthy of credit to God, learn to compare and associate them with all that happens in nature— the rising and the setting of the sun, the shining of the moon and the stars, and the changing of the seasons. You will begin to see that your thoughts are from God as well, and your mind will no longer be at the mercy of your impulsive thinking, but will always be used in service to God.

“We have sinned with our fathers…[and]…did not remember…” (Psalm 106:6-7). Then prod your memory and wake up immediately. Don’t say to yourself, “But God is not talking to me right now.” He ought to be. Remember whose you are and whom you serve. Encourage yourself to remember, and your affection for God will increase tenfold. Your mind will no longer be starved, but will be quick and enthusiastic, and your hope will be inexpressibly bright.

His power is made perfect in weakness!

But he said to me, ‘My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.’ Therefore I will boast all the more gladly of my weaknesses, so that the power of Christ may rest upon me. For the sake of Christ, then, I am content with weaknesses, insults, hardships, persecutions, and calamities. For when I am weak, then I am strong (2 Corinthians 12:9 – 12:10 ESV)

His power is made perfect in my weakness. Wow, what a shift. Instead of asking God to remove the things that plague made ”my laziness, my pride, my depression, my difficult stage of life maybe all this time I should have been praying for Him to be my strength in all these things.

So I stop.
Stop asking for Him to make me different than I am. Stop trying to be something I am not. Stop pleading for Him to take away these “thorns”.

I have had it all backwards!
I am insufficient, but His grace is sufficient.
I am weak and His power is made perfect in that weakness.
I want to hide my problems, fix them and celebrate my victories. Instead, I am to boast gladly of my weakness.

Trying to make myself strong only leads to fatigue, yet Christ’s unending power rests in me.

I am discontent with my weakness and difficulties, but I can choose to have contentment knowing He has a plan for it all, for the sake of the glory of Christ.

Strength comes through the weakness.
Written by Katie

Therefore, let God be glorified in your weakness, He created you with it and He had a good plan to beautify every area of your life if you could trust and believe Him for your perfection.

God bless

God chose his people for his glory:

He chose us in Him before the foundation of the world, that we would be holy and blameless before Him. In love 5 He predestined us to adoption as sons through Jesus Christ to Himself, according to the kind intention of His will, 6 to the praise of the glory of His grace. Ephesians 1:4-6

You are therefore chosen for His glory. All you need to do is believe in His redemptive agenda and your life will experience God's glory.

It is well
