Romans 8:1
There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit.
8:2 For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus hath made me free from the law of sin and death.
8:3 For what the law could not do, in that it was weak through the flesh, God sending his own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh, and for sin, condemned sin in the flesh:

In verse 1, "Now" there's no more condemnation (no judging of guilts and wrongs) to us. Why? Because we are "now" in Christ Jesus and we do not walk after the flesh but after the Spirit. In other words, as spirit beings, (in verse 2) we've been freed from the law of sin and death. In other words, a believer cannot sin again because the law of the Spirit of life in Christ hath made us free from sin. And finally in verse 3, the law was weak in itself and God stepped in and do what the law couldn't do by sending His son in the nature of sinful flesh and sin was subdued forever.

So ladies and gentlemen, a believer cannot sin please. God did it all for us through Christ the price was paid.
