The people of Israel are at war.

How can we fathom the savage slaughter of our brothers and sisters–the men, women and children brutally murdered in their homes, and on the streets of Israel?
We mourn this catastrophe. Our hearts break for the hundreds of violated, kidnapped and wounded.

In times of crisis, the Rebbe taught us that we are empowered by prayer, Torah study and charity-giving. He reminded us as well, that mitzvahs can impact the outcome of our efforts.

Let us harness these spiritual energies in solidarity with our brethren in Israel.

P.S The main mitzvah of Rosh Hashanah is to hear the blowing of the Shofar on Sunday. Please join us for the shofar blowing either in shul or in the park!
