To be ashamed of the gospel is to be ashamed of the saving power of God. To embrace the gospel is to embrace the saving power of God. All God requires from us to receive His saving power, is to believe in Jesus Christ. We cannot change ourselves before we come to God. Therefore let us come to Him just as we are, and He will grant us the power to change. To live a just life before God requires that we live by faith in Christ. May we trust God and live by faith in Christ.

The power of God to save is in the gospel of Jesus Christ – the Word of God. The gospel can save everyone who believes regardless of their background, education, race, past history and failures. Therefore we should not be ashamed of the gospel. The righteousness or just nature of God is revealed through the gospel. As we receive the gospel in faith, the nature and personality of God progressively unfolds before us and in us. May you not be ashamed of the gospel of Jesus Christ! And may God continually reveal Himself to you.

The year 2022 has ended. Depending on our experiences, we may consider it a good or bad year. But one thing is certain; we are alive and we serve the Living God. There is a lot to be thankful for. As we have entered 2023, remember these words: “Count your blessings, name them one by one and it will surprise you what the Lord has done [for you].” “Fear not tomorrow [2023, 2024, etc.], for God is [already] waiting there [for you].”

God has rescued us from the power and dominion of darkness and transferred or conveyed us into the kingdom of Christ. Through the blood of Christ we have redemption and forgiveness of sins. Through the shedding of His precious blood, Christ paid for our sins as well as our total redemption and freedom from the domain of darkness. Therefore we are now outside the legal rule or domain of darkness.

The fact that you are doing the right thing does not mean everybody will accept it. It does not mean you will not have difficulties and challenges. However, in the darkest hour of our lives, when it looks like we have been forgotten and it seems like all is lost; we must not stop praying and worshipping God, because that is what will attract and activate the power of God in our situation and bring us the victory.

When the anointing comes upon us, our lives and our ministry will be transformed. Power, authority and the supernatural will accompany our ministry for Christ. When God is with us, when the anointing is upon us, we will be passionate and preoccupied with doing good; helping people; meeting the needs of the hurting. We will not be preoccupied with endless arguments, titles, ourselves and petty differences.
