πŸŒΉπŸ™ Mary, Mother of the Church πŸ™πŸŒΉ

β€œWhen Jesus saw his mother there, and the disciple whom he loved standing nearby, he said to her, β€˜Woman, here is your son,’ and to the disciple, β€˜Here is your mother.’”
β€” John 19:26-27

At the foot of the Cross, Jesus gave Mary to all of us as our Mother. ❀️

Mary cares for us, prays for us, and leads us closer to her Son, Jesus. In times of joy, sadness, fear, or hope, we can always turn to her loving heart.

Let us ask Mary, Mother of the Church, to guide our families, protect our parish, and help us grow stronger in faith each day. πŸ™βœ¨

β€œSuddenly a sound like the blowing of a violent wind came from heaven and filled the whole house... They saw what seemed to be tongues of fire that came to rest on each of them.”
β€” Acts 2:1-3

Pentecost reminds us that the Holy Spirit fills our hearts with courage, peace, wisdom, and love. ❀️

Just as the disciples were strengthened by the Holy Spirit, we too are called to share kindness, hope, and the love of Jesus with others every day.

Join us as we celebrate the coming of the Holy Spirit! πŸ™βœ¨

🌍πŸ”₯ Language of Unity – Pentecost Reflection πŸ”₯🌍

Pentecost reminds us that the Holy Spirit works in each of us differently, yet unites us as one family in Christ. ❀️

Some people are quiet listeners, others are joyful speakers. Some lead, others serve silently. Each person has unique gifts from God, and every gift has a purpose. Together, we help one another grow in faith.

In the first reading, the Holy Spirit gave the disciples the ability to speak many languages so people from every nation could hear the Good News. Today, we are also called to learn the β€œlanguage” of others β€” through kindness, understanding, listening, compassion, and love.

The Church is universal β€” welcoming people of every nation, culture, and language. The same Spirit unites us all. πŸ™

This week, try reaching out to someone different from you. Listen more deeply. Learn from another culture or community. Experience the beauty of our Catholic family united in Christ.

✨ Congratulations to the 18 children in our parish who received their First Holy Communion on Saturday, 16 May 2026. May Jesus always guide and bless them. πŸ™
