A heartfelt thank you to everyone who helped make our Open Day such a wonderful success.

Whether you came along to support us, kept us in your prayers, volunteered your time, donated in any way, or simply helped spread the word, we are grateful.

A special thank you to our wonderful home bakers, our dedicated volunteers, our talented flower arrangers, Don for his fascinating local history stall, our generous growers for the beautiful plants and flowers, and our amazing knitters and creatives whose delightful mouse displays brought so much joy and excitement to the children.

Thank you also to Gordon, whose hard work helped make our church grounds look beautiful.

It was a pleasure to welcome so many of you and to share our day with you. Your kindness, generosity and support mean so much, and together you’ve helped make it a truly memorable day.

Thank you all 🙏

‘It's Not Just Policy, It's Personal' is a Church of England campaign to raise awareness of how to recognise and report safeguarding concerns. The campaign will run from 1st June - 14th June 2026.

Please take a moment to look at the information we are sharing here and do not hesitate in getting in touch with us if you have a safeguarding concern, or would like more information about the campaign or our safeguarding policies, practices, and procedures.

The four Rs - Recognise, Respond, Record and Refer is a framework we use that helps us act justly and compassionately, ensuring that concerns are taken seriously and passed to those who can help keep people safe. Doing this well serves both the person at the centre of the disclosure and the wider community.

When getting in touch with us on safeguarding matters, please do not include any details other than your contact details for our safeguarding officer to reply to you.

If you have information about a safeguarding situation where a child or adult is in immediate danger, or requires immediate medical attention, call the emergency services on 999. Do not delay.
