Here is the dua from Surah Al-Baqarah (2:286) with its Urdu translation:

سورة البقرہ (2:286)

"لَا يُكَلِّفُ اللَّهُ نَفْسًا إِلَّا وُسْعَهَا
لَكُمْ مَا كَسَبْتُمْ وَلَكُمْ مَا كَسَبْتُمْ
رَبَّنَا لَا تُؤَاخِذْنَا إِن نَّسِينَاوَأَخْطَأْنَا
رَبَّنَا وَلَا تَحْمِلْ عَلَيْنَا إِصْرًا كَمَا حَمَلْتَهُ عَلَى الَّذِينَ مِنْ قَبْلِنَا
رَبَّنَا وَلَا تُحَمِّلْنَا مَا لَا طَاقَةَ لَنَا بِهِ
وَاعْفُ عَنَّا وَاغْفِرْ لَنَا وَارْحُمْنَا
أَنتَ مَوْلَانَا فَانصُرْنَا عَلَى الْقَوْمِ الْكَافِرِينَ"

اردو ترجمہ:
"اللہ کسی نفس کو اس کی طاقت سے زیادہ تکلیف نہیں دیتا۔
جو کچھ تم نے کمائی ہے وہ تمہارے لیے ہے اور جو کچھ تم نے کمائی ہے وہ تمہارے لیے ہے۔
ہمارے رب! اگر ہم بھول جائیں یا غلطی کر بیٹھیں تو ہمیں پکڑنا نہ۔
ہمارے رب! ہم پر ایسی ذمہ داری نہ ڈالنا جو تم نے ان لوگوں پر ڈالی تھی جو ہم سے پہلے تھے۔
ہمارے رب! ہم پر وہ بوجھ نہ ڈالنا جس کی ہمیں طاقت نہیں۔
ہمیں معاف کر دو، ہمیں بخش دو، اور ہم پر رحم فرماؤ۔
آپ ہی ہمارا مددگار ہیں، لہٰذا آپ کافروں کے مقابلے میں ہمیں مدد دے دیں۔"

Best dua from quran
One of the most beautiful and powerful du'as (supplications) from the Quran is:

Surah Al-Baqarah (2:286)

رَبَّنَا وَلَا تُحَمِّلْنَا مَا لَا طَاقَةَ لَنَا بِهِ
وَاعْفُ عَنَّا وَاغْفِرْ لَنَا وَارْحُمْنَا
أَنتَ مَوْلَانَا فَانصُرْنَا عَلَى الْقَوْمِ الْكَافِرِينَ"

Translation:
"Allah does not burden a soul beyond that it can bear.
To you is what you have earned, and to you is what you have earned.
Our Lord, do not impose blame upon us if we forget or make a mistake.
Our Lord, and lay not upon us a burden like that which You laid upon those before us.
Our Lord, and do not burden us with that which we have no ability to bear.
And pardon us, and forgive us, and have mercy upon us.
You are our protector, so give us victory over the disbelieving people."

This dua is a beautiful and comprehensive prayer, asking Allah for mercy, forgiveness, and help in times of difficulty. It's a powerful reminder of His grace and mercy.
