We teach all levels from the total beginner to professional performer. Services include, learn-to-sing, coaching for performance, audition prep, monologue prep, workshops & pop up choirs. Tuition available from age eight to a 108. Lizzy also heads CC Gospel Choir and the Leicester Events Choir.

Good alignment can make or break a top note so stand tall.
In this old but gold diagram you can see the difference poor posture makes in terms of pressure on the cervical spine and in the alignment of the spine and muscles, even at a 15 degree difference.
Its very hard to get the full benefit of anchoring techniques if posture is poor.
Be mindful of what your body is doing when singing, especially if using a phone.
