Thank you to Royal Air Force Halton and our Youth Organisations for their support at the Village’s Remembrance Service this morning.
A beautiful service before the Cross of Sacrifice with music provided by the RAF Halton Volunteer Band.
Wreaths were laid by the RAF, Parish Council, Halton Apprentices, RAFA and the Scouts.
Great to see Min Larkin representing the Apprentices again this year!
And thank you to the Matthews family for their generosity by providing the fantastic spread in the village hall afterwards.🙏

We’re delighted to share that our free outdoor cinema event showing Top Gun: Maverick was a great success - our community spirit really took off!

A huge thank you to everyone in our local community who came along and made it such a special evening. It was wonderful to see so many people enjoying the film together and helping to keep the area tidy afterwards — the clear-up was excellent.

We’d also like to thank the East Bucks Community Board, RAF, our dedicated Cllrs and Parish Volunteers, St John Ambulance, and the Community Safety Team from Thames Valley Police for their invaluable contributions and support.
Thanks also to Jays Ices for the treats, and to our outdoor cinema screen providers for working to create such a memorable experience.
It truly was a lovely community event, and we’re already looking forward to planning the next one.

Could you be a Parish Councillor?

If you’d like to see more community events like this, and value making a contribution to your community, we’d love to hear from you. We are looking for new councillors to join our friendly and proactive team.

Please get in touch with our Clerk at [email protected] to find out more about the opportunities available, or read more here: Halton Parish Council – The Council
