The sky at the end of a very successful Midsummer Barbecue raising funds for Langley Church and the Friends of Langley Church. 66 people attended, salads and desserts were donated and the Barbecue was beautifully cooked by Paddy - thank you. A big thank you, also, to Bil and Imogine for the use of their garden and home for a fantastic evening. The final amount raised will be notified when all the expenses have been paid.

A serious haircut for the yew tree on the right so we can get into the church!! Thank you John!! Also thank you to Pen and Carol who came to help: we managed to clear the gutter surrounding the church, remove bryony and elder out of some yews and get some of the weeds out of the path going to the east. A good morning’s work! Thank you!
