This weekend is a big one, and we’re so proud to be cheering on members of our church family as they take on a whole range of running challenges! 🏃♀️🏃♂️
Charlie is running the Blackpool Marathon in support of Streetlife, helping homeless young people in Blackpool. If you’d like to support him, you can donate here: [https://www.justgiving.com/page/charlie-tidswell-3](https://www.justgiving.com/page/charlie-tidswell-3)
Our former Rose Queen Sophie is taking on the London Marathon for St John’s Ambulance—an incredible effort for a fantastic cause. You can support her here: [https://www.justgiving.com/page/sophie-bridges-1](https://www.justgiving.com/page/sophie-bridges-1)
Lucinda is also running the London Marathon—just for the joy (and challenge!) of it—what an achievement!
Meanwhile, in Blackpool:
• Laura is tackling the Half Marathon (apparently a full one was a step too far! 😄)
• Katharine is taking on the 10km at the Festival of Running
• And cheering on our younger runners—Pippa, Sasha & Talia (& Kevin) who are all running the family 2km race!
We wish each and every one of them the very best. May you have strength for every mile, encouragement along the way, and a real sense of achievement at the finish line.
Good luck everyone—we’re behind you all the way! 🎉
