TOMORROW night we will be hosting our first peri/menopause chat evening. This is a space for women to come and chat with other women about their experience of peri/menopause. It's a very chilled back evening, here to support women through this phase of life. Why not come and join us? We're a friendly bunch! Starts at 7:30pm 💗 inside the community grocery

Such an amazing day! We had a queue outside the door from 9am, doors opened at 10:30am and the queue by then was round the corner. 140 people became members, hundreds through the door, over 1.2k followers on FB and a lot of pay it forward donations. Plus an INCREDIBLE team of volunteers that helped it all happen! And some amazing conversations with people. Now to get some sleep to start all over again tomorrow. Thanks so much for all the kind messages, flowers, prayers and support...so incredibly blown away that a few tears were shared today...thank you to you all xx

Hi all so we've been really busy in the background getting the community grocery ready, so sorry for the radio silence. 2 weeks from today (crossed fingers) we will be opening our doors for the first time....why not come down and see us 🥰
