Quakers have worshipped in Kingston for more than 350 years.

An exciting new post to manage and maintain the beautiful Kingston Quaker Centre as a community and Quaker space ensuring the smooth running of the Centre, managing the hiring business and attracting new groups.

Scope to develop the job together. Ideal for an energetic person who combines business skills and reliability with a warm, outgoing personality. Job share possible.

25 hours a week

£23,000 (pro rata 37.5 hours, £34,500). Working pattern negotiable.

This exhibition was put together to celebrate the 25th Anniversary of the Heritage Open Days Scheme. The theme of the year, “Power of the People”, fitted well with the story of Quakers, ordinary people from commonplace backgrounds, who made a huge contribution to the social thinking and economic history of Britain.
