Abandoned… or thriving?

Young person, are you active in the Engine Room of your church - the prayer meeting?

Why is this important?

The attendance at the prayer meetings is generally the measure of either a spiritually healthy and growing church or a soon to be abandoned one.

A Serve team recently arrived back from Asia. One church we worked alongside recently planted 2 new churches, another planted several more.
How?
Young people attending and earnestly praying in their local church for their lost friends and communities.

God responds to believing prayer! (Jer33:3 Call unto me and I will answer)

God’s word urges us not to abandon the assembling of ourselves together!

If you want to see a thriving church then be there and be active in your church family when at all possible 👌

God can do what we can’t, and He loves to answer our prayers that are according to His will! 🙏

Maybe in the future your church will be the next to plant another church!

With God, all things are possible!

“Call unto me, and I will answer thee, and shew thee great and mighty things, which thou knowest not.”

🌍 ANNUAL MISSIONS NIGHT IS THIS THURSDAY! 🌍

Looking for ways to get involved in missions? Curious about what God is doing around the world? Or simply want to meet other young people who are passionate about serving Him?

✈️ 🚌 HOME! 🇵🇭

Three flights and a bus journey later, the Philippines team are finally home! 🙌

A huge thank you to everyone who prayed for and supported the team throughout their trip. Your prayers and encouragement have meant so much. ❤️

And that’s a wrap on our Serve Teams Summer 2026! What a summer it has been — We give all thanks and praise to God for His faithfulness, provision and all the blessings we’ve seen along the way. 🙏

Now it’s onto plans for the new term, starting with our Annual Missions Night this Thursday! 🌍

We’d love to see you there as we look ahead to another year of serving, going and sharing the Gospel.

After the earlier changes to plans, we’re so thankful that the improvement in weather has allowed the team to get out and about! 🙌

They’ve been busy doing street ministry and Sunday Schools, sharing the good news of the Gospel through Bible stories, songs, quizzes and memory verses. 📖🎶

Today the team have enjoyed a well-earned rest day after a busy first week, before heading into schools and continuing with more street ministry in the days ahead.

Please continue to pray for the team — for strength, opportunities to share the Gospel, and that hearts would be open to hear the good news of the gospel 🙏
