So I have had a few questions about Forest Bathing.

Forest bathing, or shinrin-yoku, is a Japanese practice of therapeutic, slow-paced, sensory-focused immersion in nature to reduce stress, lower blood pressure, and boost immune function.

It involves engaging all five senses—listening, smelling, touching, seeing, and tasting—while walking or resting/meditating in small groups up to 6 people among the trees for 1-2 hours.

It was developed in Japan in the 1980s as a national health program, this practice has become a widely recognized, scientifically backed method for improving mental and physical well-being.
