Located opposite to Hainault Country Park on green belt land, Forest Park also provides much needed burial land, including a separate section for Roman Catholics and distinct areas for other community groups. The spacious and light chapel is built in natural wood and stone, and provides a warm and comforting setting for all types of services. We are able to accommodate both live and recorded music in chapel, and also strive to meet any other requests or give any advice you may require. Video & audio recording in addition to live web-cast facilities are also available. The memorial gardens offer an attractive, peaceful setting for burial, as well as an ideal area to commemorate your loved one with a memorial.

In just one week, work will begin on the exciting transformation of our chapel into the new Forest Park SuperVenue.

This significant investment will create a more personalised and meaningful environment for families, with enhanced visual technology, immersive experiences and thoughtfully designed spaces that help celebrate every unique life story.

Over the coming weeks, we'll be sharing more about the refurbishment journey and giving you a glimpse of what's to come.

While refurbishment works are underway, Forest Park will remain open for memorial appointments, scatterings, interments and burials, and our dedicated team will continue to provide exceptional care and support.

As Father’s Day approaches, we take time to remember and honour those fathers and father figures who are no longer with us but remain forever in our thoughts and memories. We warmly invite you to visit our Book of Remembrance, where you may write a personal message on a tree tag and place it on our Memorial Tree as a tribute. Alternatively, you are welcome to spend quiet time reflecting, remembering cherished memories, and celebrating the love, guidance, and support they brought to our lives.

Our Book of Remembrance is open Monday to Saturday 8am to 8pm and Sundays 10am to 8pm

Many fathers carry the grief of losing a child in ways that are not always visible to the people around them. Society often expects men to be strong, composed, and focused on supporting others during a tragedy. Because of these expectations, many dads may suppress their emotions or avoid speaking openly about their pain, even when the loss has profoundly affected every part of their lives. Their silence should not be mistaken for a lack of grief; often, it reflects the difficulty of finding words for an experience that feels impossible to explain.

A lack of open discussion about paternal grief can leave fathers feeling isolated during an already painful time. Friends, family members, and support networks may focus their attention on other grieving relatives, unintentionally overlooking the emotional needs of dads. Creating spaces where fathers feel comfortable sharing their experiences can help reduce this isolation. Listening without judgment and acknowledging their loss can make a meaningful difference.

To help address this need, Forest Park Crematorium will be hosting an open evening, dates to be confirmed, specifically for dads who have experienced the loss of a child.
