Musab ibn Umayr was from a wealthy family, his parents enriched him and adorned him in the finest clothes, when he converted to Islam his clothes eventually turned to rags, due to his parents disowning him, in the battle of Uhud he was the standard bearer, when both his hands were severed in the battle, he carried the standard with the stubs of his arm, when he was eventually martyred, the Prophet came upon his body at the battlefield weeping, and said; 'among the believers are men who are true to what they have pledged to God'

The Prophet ﷺ ate food from Africa and he spoke words of African. An African woman was present at the birth of Sayyiduna Muhammad ﷺ. An African woman was with him when his mother passed away. An African woman brought him back to Makkah. An African woman was the first to be martyred for his religion. An African woman was with him when he left this world ﷺ. The Prophet ﷺ spoke about an African woman and said, 'She is my mother after my mother. Africa was the first abode that gave safety to Islam. Africa was the land of the first Hijrah. An African king took up faith in him ﷺ. And Sayyiduna Bilal from Africa sacrificed everything for him ﷺ. So I don't understand how we still have racism in our communities?
