Reggie has just 6 miles left of his 4 day hike. He has walked almost 80 miles in 4 days raising money for a deserving charity. What an inspiration.

Wouldn’t it be amazing if he could get to the finish line this evening with a grand total of £1000 raised. He is super close so if you can spare anything do consider donating.

This Summer Horsford Scout Reggie is taking on a massive 84 mile Hike walking from Hunstanton round to Hopton over 4 days.

Reggie wanted to raise awareness not just about autism but for autistic people, who are affected at ALL ages. In school, some receive minimal or no support and people simply do not understand and put actions down as misbehaving instead of overstimulation or misunderstanding. In adulthood, sometimes their diagnosis comes too late so they do not receive any real or proper support. In some cases, adults misdiagnose their autism as something else and don’t seek the right support. He hopes that by doing a challenge like this, it’s not only inspiring, but stands for something - carrying everything on our backs symbolises how autistic people carry their struggles and the hiking shows how no matter what, they keep on going.
