Due to someone having to drop out, a free place has become available at the Benefice Quiet Day on 13th June - a day of reflection, prayer and gentle study in the peaceful surroundings of Ferrar House.

The day offers time to be away from the demands of your usual daily life; to stop, reflect, and be refreshed. Space to explore your spiritual life and deepen your relationship with God

The Book of Daniel will be explored and three different passages will be used for deeper contemplation. Rev Simon, Rev Louise and Rev Olivia will offer reflections. There will also be time to sit or walk in the garden.

The day will begin and end with worship and will include tea/ coffee and lunch together.

The day starts at 10am and finishes at 4pm. Ferrar House is at Little Giddings, Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire, PE28 5RJ.

If you would like to take advantage of this free place, please contact Rev Louise on 01525 643478 or [email protected]

Start Your Day with a Moment of Peace: Thursday Mornings at Silsoe Church

Did you know we now have a short, spoken Communion service in Silsoe Church every Thursday at 8:00am?

It is an opportunity to find a pocket of quiet and reflection before starting a busy day at home or at work.

The service is informal—we gather on chairs in the Chancel and pass the bread and wine to one another. There are prayers and a short Bible reading, but no sermon, and the entire service takes just 30 minutes.

Whether you are a regular churchgoer or simply want to experience a peaceful, grounding start to your Thursday, you are warmly invited.

Everyone is welcome.
