Mini Ms at St Michael's Shefford

Mini Ms is St Michael and All Angels' group for babies and children under five years, with a parent, grandparent or childminder. All welcome.

We run Wednesday term times, 10 -11.15 am. Weekly art/craft, toys, story, singing, hot drinks.

Mini Ms is back tomorrow for our first session of the summer term. We'll have a paint stamping activity, and a story all about some of the funny animals God has made. Toys, books, singing, hot drinks and chat too. Baby corner.
Join us from 10:00 to 11:15 in the church. All under-fives with their adult welcome - whether for the first time or the fifty-first!

Thank you to everyone who joined us at Mini Ms over the last couple of weeks for some Easter fun!
Lots of craft activities to make decorations for the St Michael's Easter Garden - on display soon - and lots of practising of fine motor skills along the way. We've waved 'palm' leaves and sung about our King who rides on a donkey - and heard the story about the very first Easter. We've enjoyed decorating Easter egg shapes, having an Easter egg hunt story - and even a bit of an Easter egg hunt round the church!!
Mini Ms is now having a break for the school holidays - but we'll be back with more fun on Wednesday 15 April - hope to see lots of you then!

Tomorrow at Mini Ms we will be making decorations for the St Michael's Easter Garden and hearing the Easter story from the Baby Bible. Toys and singing too!
Next week (25 March) is the last week of term - and Easter eggs will be featuring ...

No session next week (18 Feb) as it's half term, but back on 25 February.

Looking forward to the new term at Mini Ms, starting tomorrow, Wednesday 14 January, with a winter hat craft. Hoping to see lots of regulars and new faces are very welcome too!

A couple of photos of children enjoying their snack at our Mini Ms Christmas party last Wednesday. We hope the children are also enjoying their gift - they each took home a copy of a toddler-friendly retelling of the Nativity story - 'We're on our way to Bethlehem'.
Look forward to seeing everyone again at our first session for 2026 on Wednesday 14 January at 10 am. New faces are very welcome too!
And in the meantime, all Mini M children, parents, carers and families are invited to celebrate Christmas at our family-friendly Carols by Candlight service at 4pm on Christmas Eve.

Thank you to everyone who came to Mini Ms this morning - here are photos of some of the lovely pictures the children made of baby Jesus in the manger.
A reminder that next week (10 December) is our Christmas party and final session for this year. Hope to see you and your little ones then.
And don't forget our Carols by Candlelight Service at 4pm on Christmas Eve. All ages welcome - young and old!
Next term for Mini Ms starts on Wed 14 January.

Here it is - our Mini Ms tree! Do come and see it at the St Michael's Christmas Tree Festival this weekend - and thanks to all children and grown-ups who made such beautiful decorations over the past few weeks.

Tomorrow at Mini Ms we will be making our final Christmas tree decorations (snowflakes) for our Mini Ms tree for the St Michael and All Angels Christmas Tree Festival this weekend.

Next week (3 December) we will be making a Nativity craft and hearing the story of the very first Christmas, and the following week - Wed 10 December - will be the last session for this term and 2025 and will be our Christmas party.

Bring your little one(s) to join us for some Mini Ms fun!
