Sussex Ministry Training Courses

So good to be restarting courses. Last Sunday we had 40 on out monthly Saturday morning one in Hove, streamed to another 24 in Hastings. And today our weekly Tuesday one in Cuckfield with 22 on year 1 and 9 on year 2. We also continue with a year 2 on Saturday mornings in Crawley. Do be praying for us.

Would value prayers for the courses this week, and especially Vic as she manages all the admin. Year 2 on Saturdays in Angmering started well last weekend. Tuesdays start to morrow in Cuckfield. And Saturday year 1 this weekend in Crawley. Overall around 80 students!

Fantastic to be starting our Saturday morning course in Angmering today. 27 students.

"As the rain and the snow come down from heaven, and do not return to it without watering the earth and making it bud and flourish, so that it yields seed for the sower and bread for the eater, so is my word that goes out from my mouth: It will not return to me empty, but will accomplish what I desire and achieve the purpose for which I sent it." (Is 55v10-11).

A joy to see students graduate from the ministry training courses today, but always sad to see them move on too. Do be praying they would make much of all they've learnt for Christ.

Great to have Steve Midgley from Biblical Counselling UK at Cuckfield Baptist for a day with the Sussex Gospel Partnership to teach on the topic of conflict, change, and control in church life.

Great to be away for 24hrs with over 40 Sussex Gospel Partnership ministers for post-covid spiritual refreshment. As you can see we're getting back to basics.
