Collydean Granary Baptist Church Sharing God’s life transforming love. We are a fellowship of believers in Jesus who meet in the North of the town of Glenrothes.

A family of people looking to grow in Christ-like love for God, each other, and those around us, witnessing in word and action. 11am Sunday service, all welcome!! Our vision is to grow in love for God, each other and those around us, and to do this in word and action. The church is down to earth and informal. We meet for worship every Sunday at 11am and have life groups throughout the week where w

e participate together in a time of welcome, worship, studying to put into practice the word of God, and waiting on the Lord in prayer. We also have separate meetings to focus on prayer. At present we have a craft group, and a kids club throughout the week, and look to bless the community where we can through helping those in need and chaplaincy at schools. Even If you have no Church connection or are simply curious about the Faith we would love to see you come along so we can share about having a living relationship with God.

Hi everyone, on Friday 22nd we will be having a Prayer and fasting evening, expressing our dependence on God and looking for His enabling as we come to celebrate Pentecost.

We will reflect on the themes: inner transformation, equipping for service, and power for witness.

5-7pm The church will be open for quiet personal prayer, with scriptural suggestions and questions to reflect on.

7-8pm A time of Communal prayer and worship, looking to the Lord together.

Regarding fasting you may want to simply skip dinner to have time to pray or commit to a day or two before the meeting to express dependence on God and focus on the need for and awareness of His presence each day.
