About Sixteen years ago I said, “Let’s build something for our Black community in Scotland that leaves nobody behind.” TEC has been around since 2009, and it’s with great pleasure that we’re inviting you into our next phase. 🎉
We listen first, then go hunt for funding to make your ideas real. But here’s the honest bit: gratitude that keeps the lights on looks like *feedback*. Funders ask us to show impact - and the proof is you: a 20-second video, a quick form, or two lines that say, “I got the job.” That tiny update keeps doors open for the next person. 🙏🏾
