He is not here—He is risen, just as He said. This morning, we don’t come to a moment of mourning but to a declaration of victory. The stone has been rolled away. The grave is empty. Death has been defeated. Everything Jesus promised…He fulfilled.

What looked impossible on Friday was undeniable on Sunday. The cross was not the end. The tomb could not hold Him. And now, because He lives, we have hope, we have life, and we have a future.

Whatever you’re facing, remember the same power that raised Christ from the dead is still moving, still saving, still restoring.

He is risen!

It’s a new year and a fresh invitation from God. How are you going to approach this year differently? You’ve been given three hundred sixty-five days to grow closer to Him, fifty-two weeks to take steps toward that dream He planted in your heart, and twelve months to move toward the purpose He created you for.

This isn’t just another year on the calendar. It’s an opportunity to pray deeper, believe bigger, and live more intentionally than ever before. Don’t just let the days happen to you...step into them with faith, expectancy, and obedience. God has already gone ahead of you. Now walk boldly into what He’s prepared. Happy New Year!

Christmas is an invitation to which we respond. Isaiah tells us, “For to us a child is born, to us a son is given.” A child was born so that God could step into our humanity, walk among us, and know our weakness firsthand. But a Son was given to reveal something even deeper, the overwhelming generosity of God toward a broken world.

This is why Christmas stirs our hearts. It invites our affection. Yet it also calls for our devotion. The One laid in a manger would one day carry the weight of the world on His shoulders, not only to save us, but to reign. Christmas leads us beyond admiration into worship, and beyond sentiment into obedience, as we bow before the gift God so freely gave.
