Join us for a unique opportunity to explore the power, precision and beauty of the Shaolin Staff (Gun), under the guidance of Master Shi Yan Gui, 34th Generation Disciple of Shaolin Temple, China.
This workshop is open to everyone, whether you are a martial artist, complete beginner, actor, performer, stunt enthusiast, or simply curious about traditional Chinese culture and martial arts.
The Shaolin Staff develops coordination, balance, focus, body control, confidence and expressive movement, making it valuable not only for martial artists, but also for those working in the performing arts and film industry.
