TOMORROW - The Gateway Project Drop-in Sessions

St Mungo's has loved being part of Balerno for over 160 years and tomorrow we'd love to welcome you to the first of our two informal drop-in sessions about the Gateway Project, our vision for a new building.

Come and see the project's journey so far, the concept that's beginning to emerge, and what we've learned along the way. We'll have answers to the questions we think will be widely of interest, and a look ahead at the coming months. We'd really like to hear from you, and we warmly welcome any questions or suggestions.

These events are happening at St Mungo's Church, Ladycroft

St Mungo's has loved being part of Balerno for over 160 years, and we'd like to invite the local community to take part in our forthcoming drop-in sessions about the Gateway Project, our vision for a new building.

These informal events will display information about the church and the proposals, and will include details of the project's journey so far, the concept that has started to emerge, and what we've learned up until this point.

We'll also feature answers to questions that we think are likely to be widely of interest, and share our thoughts on what to expect in the coming months. We have already spoken extensively with elected local representatives and individuals in Balerno about our plans, these session will now give us the opportunity to hear from wider members of our community. We look forward to hearing any questions and suggestions you have.

There will also be further opportunity to input after the summer, well in advance of any planning submission.

This Thursday morning in our church building, Ladycroft, we will gather for a time of worship, soaking in God’s presence and taking communion together. There will be refreshments afterwards and all are welcome to stay for a cuppa and a chat.
