After being out of the Scout Hut for a month, this Sunday we are back!

We are going to enjoy gathering together and praising God for all that He has done over the school holiday period.

There is a place for you to come and join us.

Doors open 4.45pm for a 5pm service start. There are teas and coffees before and after.

After a summer out and about in the community we are back in the Scout hut from this Sunday at 5pm (4.45pm for tea and coffee)
We've had a wonderful time over the holidays: with an indoor picnic (of sorts!!) at The Storybook, prayer walking, litter picking and leaflet dropping. We rounded it off on Monday with our Bank holiday fun day at Grange park. It was a wonderful day meeting local families; we were blessed by the weather and the joy of community coming together. Thank you to everyone who came along to help and to enjoy themselves.

Whilst we may not have been able to meet in the Scout Hut over the summer, we have still been active as the church.

On the first Sunday in August we had a combined location outdoor service followed by BBQ in South Shields. The following week we gathered for fellowship in the Story Book.
Week three saw some of us go on a prayer walk in the streets of Boldon. Finally, last week a small team of us went on a litter pick to benefit the local community.

This week we will be preparing for the Fun Day on Bank Holiday Monday, which we hope to see you at!

Next week we will be back gathering in the Scout Hut!

CAR PARK UPDATE!

Are you a member attending a scouts session as parent helper or a fundraising event? Taking part in a session with Music Bugs Sunderland and South Tyneside, Living Waters Church- Boldon, East Boldon Forum? Then make sure your register your vehicle in the Scout Hut entrance if its parked in the Grey Horse Car Park on every visit. Anyone else using the car park beyond visiting the pub or auction house will need to pay, details on the signs around the car park.

Drop off and collection- no need to register as there is a 30 minute grace period

Join us in Grange Park on Bank Holiday Monday between 11am and 2pm for our second Family Fun Day.

There will be a bouncy castle, face painting, ice creams, games, BBQ. Plenty for the whole family to enjoy a relaxing time.

Hi everyone. It’s very sketchy weather with a 92% chance of rain so instead of the picnic, we are going to meet at The Storybook Pub for 5pm. We can sit and chat, get to know each other better and I’ll book the kids into the Wacky Warehouse if that’s what they would like.

This Sunday we are meeting in Grange Park to share a time of fellowship with a Picnic in the Park. See you at 5pm.
