Loss needs to be processed for our physical and mental wellbeing. Unresolved grief can also affect our attitudes, relationships, and attainment. The Bereavement Journey® is a place to talk – seven sessions of films and discussion for anyone who has been bereaved, whether grieving a death now or wanting to explore a previous bereavement that may be unresolved.
This course is for bereaved adults to do their own grief work. It is supported by a Participant’s Manual and facilitated by volunteers, and is being offered by churches and Christian organisations across the UK and world. The first presentation of your local course at Rosyth Methodist Church runs from 1.30pm to 4.30pm every Thursday from 15 October to 26 November.
For more details, or to register, email [email protected]. The course is available elsewhere and at other times (see https://www.thebereavementjourney.org/locations) and a national online programme runs three times yearly (https://www.thebereavementjourney.org/national-online-course). For other bereavement support services and information visit AtaLoss (https://www.ataloss.org/).
