The Rosyth Methodist Church building is home to two faith communities who have worked together in Local Ecumenical Partnership since 2000: Rosyth Methodist Church, founded in1916, belongs to the Forth Valley Circuit; St Margaret's Scottish Episcopal Church is part of the Diocese of St Andrews, Dunkeld and Dunblane. Pentecost Sunday and Messy church. We had a super story about Pentecost with Gwyneth and then we sang Give me oil in my Lamp. Children were in fine voice today and loved clapping along. Activities included making a Dove, a lamp and a glittery notebook. Food this week consisted of decorating a cupcake with orange icing and slices of red strawberries to represent the flames that gently rested on each disciples head after the rushing, mighty wind had wooshed through the house as the Holy spirit (the special helper Jesus had promised would come) made everyone aware of His presence..
