So our virtual walk progresses........ on a combined basis we have now walked just over 120 miles. This puts is just South of Inverness... Please do keep sponsoring us to help support St Mary's

So our eight intrepid adventurers have started the "virtual" John O'Groats to Land's End Walk, counting everything from walks around our local area to walks far and wide in the effort to achieve the goal of 812 miles.

So far we have made a great start and achieved 98.5 miles which on a virtual basis takes us to Balnaguisich. Had we however actually been walking from John O'Groats to Land's End I suspect we may have stopped at Glen Morangie a few miles earlier to take on a little sustenance!

To celebrate the Coronation of King Charles and to raise money for St Mary’s, eight intrepid members of the congregation are going to undertake a “virtual” sponsored walk from John O’Groats to Land’s End. Each person will log walks that they do and the total of these will be combined until we reach a total of 812 miles – the distance from John O’Groats to Land’s End.
