There is something truly profound about what happens when we step out of our busy lives and simply… breathe together.

Our "Holy Holistic" worship isn't just a gathering; it is a sacred space where the walls come down, and we are reminded that we don’t have to carry the weight of the world alone. In this circle, every story is heard, every voice matters, and every person is held in a spirit of compassion and grace.
Whether it is through the rhythm of a song or the silent understanding of a shared moment, gathering in community acts as a balm for the soul. It reconnects us to our purpose and to one another.

If you have been feeling that quiet tug to step into a space of belonging, please know that there is always a seat waiting for you here. You don’t need to be anything other than exactly who you are.

Take a look at this video to get a feel for the warmth we share. We are a community in bloom, and we would be honored to have you journey with us.

I am so proud to share that HOPE not hate
highlighting my story in their latest community flyer.

It is a blessing to see how my journey can help enlighten and encourage our local community.

While I am grateful for the work of the organization, I personally believe that Jesus is the answer to the world today. My own journey has taught me that without God’s grace, I wouldn't be here. I am a firm believer that prayers are real and they truly work.

At the Church Elm Hub Wellbeing Group, we are seeing lives change every day. While this is often called "social prescribing," I see it as a form of holistic well-being, addressing the mind, body, and spirit together.

I believe that with prayer and the right support system, we are experiencing miracles.
We have the evidence right in front of us that when we support the whole person, it really works.

I’m thankful to God for the chance to serve Dagenham and for the grace that carries us through.

Hi everyone; I trust you are well and had a good day!

I wanted to give you a quick heads-up about our Educational Thursday schedule for tomorrow!!!

*We’ll be focusing on how to break free from those exhausting "mental loops" that keep us stuck.*

We are very lucky to be joined by 𝐿𝑒𝑜𝑛 𝐸𝑡𝑖𝑒𝑛𝑛𝑒, a highly experienced therapist who has spent 15 years helping people navigate these exact challenges.

_Whether you're feeling a bit mentally drained or just want some solid, evidence-based tools to stay grounded, this session is for you._

*When:* Tomorrow, 11:30 am – 12:30 pm
*Focus:* Practical CBT techniques to quiet the noise and regain focus.

It’s only an hour, but it’s a great investment in our collective wellbeing.

I really hope to see many of you there!

Best,

There is a unique, quiet power in gathering together. Music provides the soundtrack, but the true healing comes from the presence of one another. We build resilience by simply showing up for each other.! Credit to our wonderful

Hello everyone!

WOW. WOW. WOW. What an absolute honour it was for our well-being group to perform live for King Charles III and Queen Camilla in Barking today. This was a "once-in-a-lifetime" moment that we will never forget.

We are the first to admit that our well-being group is perfectly imperfect!

We had 15 of us, including our wonderful elderly members(over 80's).
We shared only two microphones, the volume and the setup weren't what you'd call professional, but we took ourselves seriously.
We practiced, we strived, and we showed up with heart to perform in front of so many people and the Royal family.
The commitment to turn up and be present were what truly mattered.
We were initially prepared and asked to sing for around 10 minutes, but we ended up performing for a good 40 minutes throughout their entire visit.
To have the strength to fill that space with no soundtracks, just our natural voices and limited instruments for so long was nothing but the Grace of God!

The atmosphere was incredible, with high-profile security unlike anything we’ve ever encountered. Despite the intensity and the fact that our phones were taken away (meaning we have no personal photos and must rely on the media!), the experience was seamless. We were well looked after by the council, and everything was organized to perfection.

As the Bible says, God uses the foolish things of the world to shame the wise (1 Corinthians 1:27)

We feel truly privileged and honored to have been part of this moment!
Well done to everyone who strived

What an incredible cross-generational experience with our well-being group!
🤩
We were honored to host young students from Barking and Dagenham College for a digital skills workshop. In their first experience, they showed professionalism and positive leadership, creating a powerful and meaningful connection between generations.

Thank you to everyone who attended and made the day such a success!
