All too often are we focused on living for ourselves. We focus on what we can achieve, gain and develop as a result of performing a series of actions.

Paul admonishes us to live for Christ by coining this phrase, “For to me, to live is Christ and to die is gain.” Ultimately, when we consider true freedom, living for Christ is the most important thing.

Today is Children's Day, and we are delighted to celebrate and support our children and young people as they lead and participate in our worship service.

Their theme, "How to Trust and Put Your Faith in GOD," reminds us that faith is not just something we speak about , it is something we live out every day through prayer, obedience, and dependence on God's promises.

As we worship together, may we all be encouraged to trust God more deeply, lean on His guidance, and remember that He is faithful in every season of life. We pray this service will be a blessing to you and your family.

We can see the political, financial and social warfare in our world today and ascribe such to the lack of or over-involvement of government bodies. The truth is the bible shares with us that we wrestle not against flesh and blood but spiritual powers of wickedness in high places.

This month, we seek to delve into different aspects of spiritual warfare affecting our everyday lives and share principles God has given us to protect ourselves and thrive in the midst of warfare.

📆 10 years ago, on the 27th February 2016, we stepped out and forward in our faith.

Leaving Norbury Seventh-Day Adventist Church with over 30 years of an illustrious history, we arrived through the doors of our new building, not knowing exactly what would lie ahead, but trusting in the God who had gone before us like a pillar of cloud and of fire.

Over the last decade, these walls have heard whispered prayers and joyful praise. They’ve held tears of surrender, songs of victory, and testimonies only heaven could write. Strangers became family. Seekers found purpose. And through it all, God has been faithful.

So as we mark 10 years of the goodness of God, we invite you not to just attend this historic occasion, but to be a part and parcel of this sacred moment.

Join us for “The House of Prayer”, a weekend set apart to remember where we’ve come from, to dedicate where we are, and to commit where God is leading us next.✨

It’s one of the most personal questions Jesus ever asked: “Do you want to be made well?’ He asked it to a man who had been lying in the same broken state for 38 years - waiting, hoping, stuck. But the question still echoes today… and maybe it’s reaching you.

Because the reality is, many of us are functioning, smiling, showing up - but we’re not whole. We’re carrying emotional scars that haven’t healed. We’re weighed down by anxiety, stress, burnout, spiritual fatigue, and physical weariness. We’re surviving, but deep down, we know something is missing.

This August, we are not settling for survival anymore.

He’s still asking: “Do you want to be made well?”

If your answer is yes, then join us this month for our series: “Health: Can I Be Made Whole?”
