A Fervent Trust and Steadfast Hope In The Lord Most High
‭‭Psalms‬ ‭86:1‭-‬13‬ ‭NIV‬‬

[1] Hear me, Lord, and answer me, for I am poor and needy.

[2] Guard my life, for I am faithful to you; save your servant who trusts in you. You are my God;

[3] have mercy on me, Lord, for I call to you all day long.

[4] Bring joy to your servant, Lord, for I put my trust in you.

[5] You, Lord, are forgiving and good, abounding in love to all who call to you.

[6] Hear my prayer, Lord; listen to my cry for mercy.

[7] When I am in distress, I call to you, because you answer me.

[8] Among the gods, there is none like you, Lord; no deeds can compare with yours.
[9] All the nations you have made will come and worship before you, Lord; they will bring glory to your name.

[10] For you are great and do marvellous deeds; you alone are God.

[11] Teach me your way, Lord, that I may rely on your faithfulness; give me an undivided heart that I may fear your name.

[12] I will praise you, Lord my God, with all my heart; I will glorify your name forever.

13]For great is your love toward me; you have delivered me from the depths, from the realm of the dead.

Praise to the Lord our holy and faithful Father
Let's pay attention to verses 2,8, and 13.
which assure us of
a) God's guidance as we walk truthfully before Him, demonstrating our unwavery trust in Him

b)Another beauty of this psalm is the reminder of God's people that He is totally and comprehensively incomparable to any other known god, hallelujah.

The Father's greatness is also revealed in His love towards us
And finally, His immesurable deliverance in all spheres of life for us even from the realm of the dead. Hallelujah

Prayer

1.LORD, put to shame those who wish me evil.Psalm 40:14.

2. Let no evil disease cleave to my body. Psalm 41:8.

3. I will not be afraid of evil tidings. Psalm 112:7.

4. I will not be visited with evil. Prov 19:23.

5. I refrain my feet from every evil way so that I might keep Your Word. Psalm 119:101.

6. Preserve me from all evil. Psalm 121:7.

7. Deliver me from the evil man. Ps 140:1.

8. Let people be healed of plagues and evil spirits. Luke 7:21.

Prayer:

1. I receive the plans of God for my life, thoughts of peace and not of evil to bring me to my expected end. Jer 29:11.

2. I am delivered from every satanic trap and plot against my life.

3. I release the whirlwind to scatter those who would conspire against me.

4. Let those who device my hurt be turned back and brought to confusion.

5. Let the nets they have hid catch themselves, and into that very destruction let them fall.

6. Hide me from the secret counsel of the wicked. Psalm 64:2.

7. Every strategy of hell is exposed and brought to light.

Make This Confessions.

1. My branches run over every wall erected by the enemy. Gen 49:22.

2. I can run through a troop and leap over a wall. Psalm 18:29.

3. LORD, cause Your glorious voice to be heard. Show lightning down Your arm with a flame of devouring fire, with scattering, tempest,and hailstones. Isaiah 30:30.

4. Let the fire of Your presence be released in my life. Psalm 97:5.

5. I command the morning to take hold of the ends of the earth and shake the wicked out of it. Job 38:12.

6. I will have dominion over the devil in the morning. Psalm 49:13-15.

Make These Confessions:

1. The sun shall not smite me by day nor the moon by night. Psalm 121:6.

2. The heavens were created to be a blessing to my life.

3. I pray for angels to be released to war against any spirit in the heavens assigned to block my prayers from being answered. Dan 10: 12-13.

4. I pray for an open heaven, and I bind any demonic interference from the heavens in the name of Jesus.

5. Let the evil powers of heaven be shaken in the name of Jesus.

6. Let the heavens drop dew upon my life. Deut 33:28.

7. Bow down the heavens and come down, O Lord. Psalm 144:5.

I thank You, oh Lord, for your grace and mercy towards me. You deserve the praises of my lips, Amen and Amen 🙏

Sitting in God's waiting room!!!

Psalm 27:14 says,’Wait on the Lord; be of good courage, and he shall strengthen your heart.'
God gave his people this command: in (Exodus 34:23-24)Three times a year all your men are to appear before the Sovereign Lord, the God of Israel. I will drive out nations before you and enlarge your territory, and no one will covet your land when you go up three times each year to appear before the Lord'. Yes! Three times a year they were to stop working and spend time with the Lord worshipping him, seeking his guidance and getting direction for the future.
So friends, imagine what would happen if you and I did that? Note the words 'I will enlarge your territory'. Instead of losing - you'll gain, and instead of going backward - you'll go forward. Note also the words 'I will drive out the nations before you'. While you worship God and wait on him, He will fight our battles. And the difference between you and God is that you risk losing, but He's never lost a battle. Note also the words 'No one will covet your land'. You don't have to worry about the competition getting ahead of you. God used this three-times-a-year pilgrimage to teach his people this principle: 'If you wait on me in worship, I will work on your behalf’. His Word says, 'Those who wait on the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings like eagles, they shall run and not be weary, they shall walk and not faint' (Isaiah 40:31 NKJV). So Friends, here are your choices: keep stressing out yourself or draw the strength and strategy you need from God by spending time with him. Hallelujah!!! Amen!!!
