• Meet once a week for an hour in the local GHU Temple…
• Kick off with some warm up exercise…
• Followed by games (e.g. Football, Cricket, Kho Kho, Kabbadi) where you’ll have fun and improve your health and fitness…
• Last 15-20 min we will have an interactive discussion about culture, religion, current topics with a flavour of Hinduism insight…

So… will you join us? Their contributions to the economic, social and cultural life is widely acclaimed. The values of the Hindu Dharma and the culture as practiced by the Hindu community has significant contribution to make for the benefit of the humanity. It is therefore essential for the Hindus living in UK to come together in unity and harmony to effectively promote these salient features. Hindu Youth Group (part of GHU and HSS UK) is a voluntary, social and cultural organisation. We aim to organise and consolidate the local Hindu community under the banner of Hinduism in order to preserve, practice and promote Hindu ideals and values of life. We conduct weekly programmes of regular physical and intellectual activities for all-round development of individuals. We lay emphasis on instilling good values in our members including good character, self-discipline, self-confidence and a spirit of self-less service (sewa). We encourage maintaining of Hindu cultural identity and harmony in family and community. We usually meet once a week for an hour in the local temple. The activities are planned by trained instructors for all age groups. They are conducted in a fun and joyful, yet disciplined environment. We are pleased to announce Crawley Arya Sakha. We will meet every Sunday from 11 - 12 a.m. Crawley Arya Sakha is made up of the youth, run by the youth for the youth. We will have lots of fun physical activity and learn about our Hindu Heritage and its relevance to you.
