🌿 Introduction to Shamanic Practices — Sunday 4 October 🌿

If you’ve been curious about shamanic practices and would like to experience them for yourself, this one-day introductory workshop is a beautiful place to begin.

During the day we’ll explore some of the foundations of shamanic practice, including working with the drum, journeying, connection with nature and Spirit, and ways these ancient practices can support personal growth, healing and a deeper relationship with yourself and the world around you.

No previous experience is needed — just curiosity and an open mind.

✨ Sunday 4 October 2026
⏰ 10am–5.30pm
📍 Clophill Centre, Clophill, Bedfordshire

This is also an ideal introduction for anyone considering joining the Shamanic Quest Foundation Course beginning in November.

Places are limited, and I’m finalising numbers now.

FULL MOON • MABON • THE TURNING OF THE WHEEL

At Mabon we reach the harvest.

Not only a time to celebrate what has flourished, but to look honestly at what we planted this year.

What grew?
What went well?
What didn’t come to fruition?
What has naturally fallen away?

As we turn towards the darker months, Nature begins her movement inward — and we are invited to do the same.

Before we can dream a new dream, there is wisdom to be gathered from the one we have just lived.

I’ve shared a new Medicine Wheel teaching and Full Moon reflection today in my Shamanic Quest WhatsApp Channel, exploring Mabon and the South-West — the Pathway of Aspirations.

🌿 What are we carrying forward?
🍂 What are we ready to release?
🔥 And what still calls to us?
