31ST MARCH 2026 BCP SERVICE AT ST LUKE’S

TODAY, TUESDAY 31St MARCH, IS TUESDAY OF HOLY WEEK.
IT IS ALSO KNOWN AS FIG TUESDAY AND THE DAY JESUS RETURNED TO BETHANY. HOLY WEEK IS A PERIOD FOR SELF EXAMINATION AND REFLECTION ON JESUS’ SUFFERING & SACRIFICE AND IS PREPARATION FOR EASTER, THE CULMINATION OF THE CHRISTIAN JOURNEY TOWARDS THE CELEBRATION OF VICTORY OVER SIN AND DEATH.
AT ST LUKE’S CHURCH THERE WILL BE A 5.00 PM BCP (Book of Common Prayer) COMMUNION SERVICE. EVERYONE IS WELCOME TO JOIN US.

Come and join us for our 11.00 am Holy Communion on Sunday 1st March. You will be warmly welcomed and refreshments will be available following the service.

pm on SATURDAY 20th December for our service of Lessons and Carols, followed by mulled wine and mince pies.
