Junior Church is Back This Sunday! ☺️

We are so excited to welcome all our children back as Junior Church restarts this Sunday morning during our regular 11:00 AM service!

With everyone starting back at school, our first session is all about Friendship and New Beginnings.

Children will start in the main church with their families for the opening worship before heading out to Junior Church together.
Come along, bring a friend, and let’s start this new term with joy and fun. We can't wait to see you all! 🤍

Our hearts and prayers go out to everyone affected by the devastating flash floods in northern Nepal. 🤍

Following a sudden mountainside glacial collapse on August 26th, more than 17,000 children and their families have been displaced from their homes, schools and communities and the scale of need is immense.

Please join us this week in praying for:

🙏🏻 Protection & comfort for the families navigating displacement and emotional distress.

🙏🏻 For all the emergency teams breaking through the washed out mountain roads to deliver essential supplies.

In times of global crisis, we turn to the truth of Psalm 46:1
“God is our refuge and strength, an ever present help in trouble “

Have you ever wondered what your life’s purpose really is—and where God fits into the plan? 🕊️

In last Sunday’s service, we looked at the famous words of Jeremiah 29:11 and Psalm 137 to explore what it means to find hope and direction when life feels overwhelming or out of control.

While the Israelites faced physical exile in Babylon, many of us today experience our own kind of "captivity." We can find ourselves held prisoner by financial worries, health concerns, fear, or the constant pressure of modern expectations. These anxieties often obscure God's promises distracting us from the purpose He created us for and holding us back from experiencing peace.

Through the story of Joseph in Genesis, Scripture shows us that even in life's darkest and most painful moments, God is at work behind the scenes to bring good out of difficulty. True freedom begins when we release our worries, lean into prayer, and trust that God's plan for us is not for harm, but to give us hope, peace, and a clear future even in the midst of life's difficult moments.
