If you're looking to get a bit more active, improve mobility and have some fun then our chair exercise group is the perfect place to get your blood pumping!

Whatever your fitness level or mobility is, the Amazing Angela will make sure you get involved and enjoy yourself!

THIS SATURDAY (24th Jan) is our first 'Dad and Me' Morning.

Come along with your child or grandchild for some fun games, craft and quality time with your kids!

Sausage and Bacon Rolls will be served along with some bakery items.

£2 donation for all of the above!
