Are you practicing your faith to be seen by others, or for God? True righteousness isn't a performance. Leave the trumpet and the stage at home. When you pray or give, do it genuinely, not for the audience. Let God be your only audience.

Forgiveness is key, as stated in the Lord's Prayer. We're asking God for deliverance from things too strong for us, and from 'the evil one.' Remember your strength comes from God; as a child of God, you have a mighty protector.
