☕ Young People's Buddhist Coffee Meet-Up 🌿
Are you under 35 and interested in learning more about Buddhism?
Come along for a relaxed coffee and chat with other curious, like-minded people. We'll have some simple discussion prompts around a different theme each month, but mostly it's a chance to meet people, share ideas and have a nice morning together.

This month's theme: Moving from Reaction to Creativity — exploring our habits, reactions and how we respond to life.

📍 Abbey Gardens — meet at the Abbey Gate
🕚 Sunday 16th August · 11am
☕ Outdoor café on site

No previous knowledge or experience needed — whether you're completely new, curious about Buddhism, or already practising, you're welcome! 🌱

💬 Want to chat with us first?
Feel free to join our WhatsApp group and get to know us before coming along: https://chat.whatsapp.com/DS7TGw18u9x2jR8o7tgIVJ?s=cl&p=a&ilr=1

Diary date: 🙇Our next ‘Meditation by the Sea’ is this Saturday March 14th at 10am. It will be in the same spot as previously at Old Felixstowe. Meet in the car park at 9.50 to go down to the beach or to book a lift: cars are leaving from Bury station at 8.55 (Sam) and Haughley at 9.15 (Felicity) (please message to book). Here’s the car park location for anyone making their own way https://share.google/GwwJ5Kk8tfMA6nG0z
Please message Sam if you making your own way as we will wait at the car park for you. Please wear plenty of layers as the weather is changeable. With this in mind we may meditate on the beach or do a walking meditation. It will be followed by poems anyone wants to share and then the usual coffee and cake from the Dip Kiosk.☕️🍰
Message with any questions.

Sangha Walk Sunday 1st March 10am Alder Carr Farm Needham Market IP6 8LX circular to Barking Church and back. The walk will be between 4 and 5 1/4 miles depending on the amount of rain between now and then and how much mud we will need to avoid - some will be inevitable so please wear boots or even wellies! I have managed to reserve tables at the Courtyard café for coffee and cake/snacks after the walk but they will need a reasonably accurate idea of numbers so if you are intending to come along can you please let me have a 👍 as soon as possible. We can leave our cars in the car park at Alder Carr Farm at our own risk and gather in the car park at 9.45am. 🙏 Any questions please let Andrew know!
