I was invited to the preview the People's Emergency Briefing film the other night. Though the climate crisis is more serious and immediate than many understand there is strong evidence that bold, urgent action will improve lives and livelihoods.
Many of those attending the original briefing event in London commented that although the facts are alarming, they felt a sense of optimism about confronting the challenge together and seeing a pathway to a better future.
We are hosting a screening of The People's Emergency Briefing at St Richard's RC Benson Hall, Buntingford, on Friday 17th April at 7.30pm. The evening has been organised with Peace Child International, Buntingford Cinema, Churches Together Buntingford and Buntingford Town Council.
