St John's Church is hiring

We are seeking Youth Worker to help develop and lead youth work in the Lodge Causeway and Hillfields area. This new role will focus on building relationships with young people both within the church and in the wider community, and creating safe and welcoming spaces for 11–14 year olds, with a particular focus on Year 6–7 transition.

We are looking for someone with experience of working with young people who can work relationally, take initiative, and help shape the direction of this work over time.

Spring Fair at St Aidan's on Saturday 23rd May, please come along and support this event

The Kingsway Players are hoping to stage a production of the pantomime Cinderella at St Aidan’s Church on the 29th and 30th January next year. There will be a run-through of the script at 10.30am on Saturday 16th May at St Aidan’s which anyone interested is very welcome to attend. We shall need actors but also make-up artists and people back-stage to help with costumes and scenery.

Rehearsals will begin in September and normally take place on Sunday afternoons and Monday evenings.
