Aro Ling Bristol is a city centre home of the Aro gTér – a Vajrayana Buddhist lineage whose unusual characteristics make it singularly appropriate for many Westerners. She was the female Ta***ic Buddha, who, together with Padmasambhava, founded the Nyingma tradition of Buddhism. The latest Drala Jong newsletter is out, it is a very special one that has been published to mark 49th day since Jomo Sam’phel Déchen Rinpoche (jo mo bSam ’phel bDe chen / ཇོ་མོ་བསམ་འཕེལ་བདེ་ཆེན་) passed into Parinirvana aged 91, in Bodhanath, Kathmandu, Nepal.
