Foraged, fermented, and done properly.
THE RECIPE
2g sugar
20 heads of elderflower
8 lemons
zested and juiced or 2tsp citric acid
5g sachet dry champagne yeast
β οΈ Still pressure-bottle carefully β this stuff can get lively. Please don't use glass bottles.
β οΈ Up to 17%alc β please don't try this at home.
