The church of All Saints was dedicated in 1903, the gift of Mr R.W. Llewellyn of Court Colman, as a thanksgiving for the recovery of his wife, Harriet, from a serious illness. The interior of the building contains many interesting features, including a shell-shaped font held in the arms of a life sized angel, said to have been sculpted in the likeness of the young Harriet., on her wedding day. The pulpit of quarella stone, alabaster and marble bears porcelain statues representing Jesus, St. John, St. Paul, St. Peter and St. Matthew, and the marble and alabaster reredos depicts the Nativity and scenes from the Crucifixion. All Saints has been an important part of the village of Pen-y-fai, and its history. We maybe a small church but we offer a Big welcome to all.
