The removal of the bells from St James’ Church has started. Two lowered to the ground floor today - six to go. It’s quite an operation!

A very big thank you to everyone who donated to our bell restoration appeal. The bells are going to be removed from the tower in a few weeks and taken to Loughborough bell foundry for lots of TLC. Sunday will be our last day of ringing for a while.

Thank you to everyone who supported the Open Garden Event. Over 200 visitors each day enjoyed the extensive grounds and tempting selection of cakes. Looking forward to seeing how much was raised for the Bramley Bell Restoration Appeal

Thank you to Harry and Devika Clarke who will be opening their garden on Thursday 27 June and Sunday 30 June and donating 75% of the profits from the tea and cake stall to the Bramley Bell Restoration Appeal
