Pastor Olu Alabi led us into prayer and it just went deeper...

“Who is like You Lord… who is like You…”

It stopped being a song and became real. Then that reminder…this isn’t entertainment. It’s worship. A call for everyone present to engage, not to stand and watch.

“I lay down and slept, I woke because the Lord sustained me.”

That truth alone is enough to give Him praise. We were brought into a new day, into a new month, and that is not something to take lightly.

Today was a nudge for us as a church to come fully, to lift our voices, and to give God what is due to Him.

Singing You are good, You are kind, I have never seen Your kind…I’m devoted to Your praise and forever to Your name. I love to worship You.

Thanksgiving Sunday and we did just that. We praised and worshipped because God is good. He is kind. We have never seen His kind, and as such we choose to be devoted to His praise and forever to His name.

Something shifted in the atmosphere today.

“To Him who sits on the throne… be blessing and honour.”

✨️This was not just a song.
✨️It was a call. A deep invitation. A reminder to always come.

🙏🏽Even when you are tired.
🙏🏽Even when the night has been long.
🙏🏽Even when life is heavy and doesn’t pause for you.

Because sometimes the breakthrough is in showing up.
Sometimes the strength is in coming anyway.
No matter how you’re feeling…
No matter what is happening around you…

This is still the call:
Praise Him. Stop. Breathe. Pause. Worship. Because He is still worthy. 🙏🏽🙌🏽👏🏽

The Bible tells us to enter His gates with thanksgiving and that is what we did. We entered the month of grace with thankfulness and praise.
