It's very easy to stagnate. If there is one lesson to learn from our losses. Life is a gift. We only here for a short while.
Those of you that have have a, "fruitful" life like my own
Understand this

LIFE WONT CHANGE UNLESS YOU WANT IT TO!

I spent many years saying
"Why me"?
"What have I done to deserve this"?
"I just can't do it"!

You get the picture.

Life is there for the taking.

For those of you struggling .make 2025 your year for change

Those of your smashing it.
Be aware, don't get above yourself, stay humble and KEEP SMASHNG IT

Last year was a testing year for me, however one I needed.

MAKE THE CHANGE

as always

BE GRATEFUL- you are still able to change what isn't working and you have survived any hard tests which will make you stronger

BE MOTIVATED - no one will do it for you .. get up. Get going you can do it

BE FREE- don't dwell on your past. Accept it, embrace it it's a part of you,
