The prayer room is opening once more, in Fitz Village hall from 9am-5pm on Thursday 16th November. The 24 hours will begin at 8pm on Wednesday 15th November and finish at 8pm on Thursday.
If you'd like to take part this time, you have two options: choose time to pray from home, or pray in the Greatorex room at Fitz (slots available from 9am to 5pm)
Half an hour of singing and prayer will take place in Fitz hall at noon on Thursday. Great acoustics, so do drop in and enjoy that special time!

Thank you to everyone who has already booked an hour. There's just 2-3pm and 3-4pm to cover now on Friday afternoon 19th May, in Fitz village hall.

The prayer room will be opening again soon for our next 24 hours of prayer in the Severn Loop Parishes. It's Thy Kingdom Come season, that time between Ascension Day and Pentecost, when Christians pray for others to encounter Jesus.
24 hours of continuous prayer will start at 7pm on Thursday 18th May and run through until 7pm on Friday 19th May.
You can book time to pray at home, or else come and spend an hour or two in Fitz Village Hall's Greatorex Room on Friday 19th - a prayer room will be set up from 9am - 5pm.
Refreshments available in the kitchen. We'll be using the 2023 Novena prayer guide from Thy Kingdom Come's resources.

24 hours of prayer in the Loop - Dust and Glory - 22/23 Feb 2023.

Our next 24 hours of prayer in the Severn Loop Parishes will be based on the Dust and Glory resource for Lent:
'This Lent we are all invited to explore how we can live well with the mess of everyday life.
Dust and Glory encourages us to take a fresh look at the frustrations and failings that every day brings and, rather than pretending we can always avoid them, seek to learn from them and grow closer to God through them.'

Please make a booking to visit the the Prayer room at Fitz Village Hall, your choice of time, between 9am-5pm on Thursday 23rd February. Browse the resources, make a cuppa and enjoy the peace of just being still in the Prayer room. There will be a short gathering at noon to sing and pray together too!

Or, you can book a slot to pray at home at any period during the 24 hours - starting from 6pm on Wednesday 22 February, through to Thursday 23 February 6pm.
A prayer guide will be provided/emailed to you.

Coming soon! The next 24 hours of prayer in the Severn Loop will begin at 7pm on Wednesday 19th October 2022, running until 7pm Thursday 20th October 2022. The theme is 'Hope'.

Most hours will be covered by people praying at home, but the prayer room will be open in the Greatorex room of Fitz Village Hall from 9am to 5pm on Thursday 20th - please do book an hour or drop in if you’re passing! There will be a short gathering at noon too, to sing a few songs and pray together. Reading and craft resources, plus refreshments will be provided.

Just a few slots left to cover in the 24 hrs of prayer this week, if anybody can help please? 9-10pm Thursday at home, or on Friday, 2-3pm and 3-4.30pm at Fitz village hall, and 5-6pm at home.

24 hours of prayer in the Severn Loop coming soon! Something for everyone, as we'll have 8 hours available in Fitz Village Hall where a real prayer room will be set up with resources. And the rest of the hours will be done as a 'virtual' prayer room, for you to pray/read at home at a time to suit.
The theme is Thy Kingdom Come, which covers the period between Ascension Day and Pentecost. The 24 hours will begin at 7pm on Thursday 26th May - Ascension Day, finishing 7pm Friday 27th May.

Fitz is booked for 9am-5pm on the Friday. If you'd like to get together for a short while to sing a few songs and say a few prayers at noon on the Friday, please just drop into Fitz Village Hall. Looking forward to it! :)
