Matthew 25:40

“And the King will answer them, ‘Truly, I say to you, as you did it to one of the least of these my brothers, you did it to me’.”

This verse reminds us that Christ died for every one of us, in the eyes of all that we meet, Jesus saw somebody worth dying for.

Let us pray.

Lord, please forgive me for the times I do not see you in others. Please remind me that the church was built when you called sinners, tax collectors and hypocrites, and qualified them. Help me to serve my brothers and sisters, just as you showed us. Amen.🙏

The Epiphany comes on the heels of Christmas, and is a time of joy and faith.

Today is a celebration of God manifesting as the baby Jesus and revealing himself to the world; it also marks the day the three kings visited baby Jesus in Bethlehem.

Let us remember the light that Jesus shone upon the world, and pray that light overcomes any darkness present in our lives and hearts, through Christ our Lord.

Amen🙏❤️

Today, we celebrate the Solemnity of Mary, where we honour Mother Mary’s beautiful role in the life of our Lord. 🙏

Let today remind us of the deep faith, obedience, and love Mother Mary had that made God send down his only Son to be cared for by her. 🙏❤️

Finding God in the Quiet Moments 🌿

In our busy world, it’s easy to rush past the gentle ways God speaks to us each day.
Father recently reminded us of three simple but powerful calls:

🙏 Allow time for stillness, In silence, we make room for God’s voice.
👀 Pay attention, Notice His presence in the people and moments around you.
❤️ Respond with love, Let every action flow from a heart touched by His grace.

This week, may we each take a moment to pause, to listen, and to love, for it’s in the stillness that Christ makes Himself known.

After attending our last Alpha Course, Shian went on to be baptised and joyfully received into the Church. 🙏 Her journey is a beautiful witness to how God works when we take a step to explore faith.
